Coaching typically takes place over several weeks and is tailored to your goals, schedule, and daily demands. Support may include personalized guidance, simple exercises, and practical strategies you can use right away —without adding more to your plate.
Clinical Physical Therapy Services
For those needing clinical care, I offer cash-based physical therapy services for sports and orthopedic conditions, both locally and virtually in select states.
Services may includes:
-Sports-related pain or injuries
-TMJ and jaw pain
-Preventative and performance-based programming
-Torticollis care
-Postural and movement-related conditions
Physical therapy services are offed on a cash-basis, and insurance is not accepted.
Because physical therapy is regulated by state licensure and compact laws, schedule begins with a brief intake form.
I’ll review your information and follow up to confirm eligibility and scheduling.
What to Expect
